I do not charge you when you have to cancel an appointment, even if you cancel the same day that you have an appointment. While I do not charge for cancellations, I do reserve the right to stop accepting your appointments if you have cancelled 3 appointments in the past. I also reserve the right to stop accepting appointments if you are a NO-SHOW.
