I do not charge you when you have to cancel an appointment. However, While I do not charge for cancellations, I do reserve the right to stop accepting your appointments if you have cancelled 3 appointments in the past. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. I will still accept future appointments however your rate will increase to the current tuning rate. If you are a no show I will no longer accept appointments for you.
