It doesn’t matter if we have a flat tire. It doesn’t matter if we are detoured by road construction. It doesn’t matter if we get stuck in traffic. It doesn’t matter if it’s snowing! In fact, there are only 3 reasons that we will not honor our on-time guarantee.

1. You gave us the wrong or incomplete address

2. You live in a gated area and did not tell us or did not provide a gate code.

3. NYC Appointments cannot be guaranteed at this time

   1. THAT’S IT! . If your appointment is for 2:15 pm and we are not in your driveway at 2:15 You get a discount even if we arrive at 2:16

      I know you value your time as much as I value mine so yes, if we are even ONE minute late pulling into your driveway you get a discount. It is very rare that we are ever late but once we see we will be tardy you will get a text message letting you know we are delayed, even if the delay is for just one minute! With Pianomansaint we are very rarely ever late and in fact are normally early.

Our other Guarantee is that as long as we tune your Piano at least ONCE a Year your rate will NEVER EVER Increase! Plain and simple. You will receive automated reminders at 11 months and as long as you schedule within the year your rate will NEVER increase and in fact will decrease as long as you do not let a year pass.
